The majority of orders placed with Lima Jewellery are handmade to order. Please allow between 3 and 14 working days for your order to be delivered. Orders received after 3.00pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Lead times for delivery will be extended over public holidays, we endeavour to regularly update the website with cut off dates to ensure your order arrives in time.

Lima Jewellery can deliver to UK addresses only. We can deliver to an alternate UK address, however, when placing an order you MUST select the correct delivery address registered within your PayPal account. Lima Jewellery can only deliver an order to the shipping address specified on the PayPal transaction invoice. Alternative addresses to those linked with your PayPal such as a request to send to a “work address” or a “gift” address can invalidate any security PayPal provide with your purchase. We operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore are only able to offer our delivery services if the order is validated by our third party payment gateway, PayPal. In almost all cases, this is a straightforward process and can be completed immediately. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this.

Our UK delivery service requires a signature to receive and charges are based on the total value of your order.

Should you wish to track you item please contact us and an email will be sent with a tracking number to help you know when to expect your parcel. This can be traced through the Royal Mail website https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item
